Event Information

MIFF runs from 4-7 March 2026 across two premier venues: Malaysia International Trade & Exhibition Centre (MITEC) and World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur (WTCKL).

  • 4 – 6 March 2026 (Wed – Fri): 9:30am – 6:00pm 
  • 7 March 2026 (Sat): 9:30am – 5:00pm

Registration counters close 30 minutes before the exhibition closing time.

Registration & Admission

Pre-registration lets trade visitors secure free admission passes in advance, helping you avoid long queues and ensuring a hassle-free entry into the venue.

You can secure free admission pass by pre-register online before 13 February 2026. Online pre-registration allows obtaining free Admission Passes in advance, avoiding long queues. Click here to pre-register now for a smooth entry.

If you have pre-registered yourself, please proceed to the self-printing kiosk to print your badge by using the QR code from your confirmation email.

Visit our “Print & Go” counter with your QR code or unique reference number from your confirmation email to reprint instantly.

You may register your colleagues after you have pre-registered yourself before show days or register all visitors at the registration counter during show days.

You may send us your name, email address, and contact information (designation, company name, full address, telephone, and email) to register@miff.com.my.

No, passes are non-transferrable. Instead, you can register on behalf of your colleague or friend before attending the event to avoid queueing.

Visitors who register after 13 February 2026 will need to pay an entrance fee of RM30.

Who Can Attend

MIFF is designed for trade professionals, buyers, and industry experts. We also welcome invited guests who are part of our furniture community.

Yes, the public is welcome on 7 March 2026, the last day of the exhibition.

People under the age of 16 are not allowed to enter the exhibition halls.

The dress code is strictly casual business attire. No shorts, singlet or slippers are allowed. The organiser has the right to refuse entry to anyone who is inappropriately dressed.

Photography and videography are not allowed at the show without prior notice.

Getting There & Getting Around

Both MITEC and WTCKL are easily accessible by car, e-hailing services, taxi, train, and public bus. Visit our Venues & Navigation page for detailed directions and transport options.

Yes. Please visit the MIFF Courtesy Counter, located at the Arrival Hal, Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 1 & 2 for airport transfer assistance.

Our complimentary shuttle service runs continuously between WTCKL and MITEC during show days:

  • Operating hours: 9:30am – 6:00pm (4-6 March), 9:30am – 5:00pm (7 March)
  • Pick-up points:
    • WTCKL: Main Entrance, Level 2 (Bus Bay)
    • MITEC: South Entrance

Both MITEC and WTCKL are wheelchair accessible with numerous accessibility features.
